Trismegistus

The Legendary Trismegistus
A certain “character” appears in many of my paintings. Named after the legendary Egyptian sage “Trismegistus”, or the “Magician” and may be deemed the god of magic, Wisdom and the moon. So, why does this character or “God of Good Fortune” appear in my art? I don’t really know, but maybe created as part of a larger ongoing visual story whose meaning reveals itself over time and seeps into the subconscious mind of the curious and wondering viewer. -moon
